Because Non-PII does not personally identify You, Platinum Exec Group Ltd reserves the right to use and disclose to third parties Non-PII for any purpose for example for the creation and maintenance of marketing audiences on Social Media.

Platinum Exec Group Ltd maintains reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect PII from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Platinum Exec Group Ltd enforces its Privacy Policy via self-assessment.

III. Information; Registration; User Names and Passwords

As a Platinum Exec Group Ltd website user, you will be required to create an account with Platinum Exec Group Ltd. You warrant that the information you provide Platinum Exec Group Ltd is truthful and accurate, and that you are not impersonating another person. Third party data transfer. Platinum Exec Group Ltd may be liable for the transfer of EU and/or Swiss personal data to third parties acting as our agents unless we can prove we are not responsible for the event given rise to the damages.
